"We have tried everything to end the fragmentation of the health care system that causes so many errors, but nothing anyone has ever tried has worked--we are out of solutions. The only way we can think to solve this is to create an interoperable I.T. infrastructure that enables the data to follow the patient around, from doctor to pharmacy to another doctor, and so on. If anyone can come up with a better solution than that, then I'd like to hear it."
